NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, TIFT COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Derrick C. Berger and Courtney V. Berger to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. dated 9/14/2009 and recorded in Deed Book 1493 Page 73 and modified at Deed Book 1787 Page 26, Tift County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $104,591.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Tift County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on October 1, 2019 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being all of Lot 14 in Block "F" of the Northview Heights Subdivision as shown by a plat thereof which is recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 41, Public Records, Tift County, Georgia, the said plat and record thereof being by reference incorporated herein, said property being more fully described as follows: Commence at the intersection of the east right of way line of Prince Avenue with the north right of way line of 22nd Street and from said beginning point run thence in a northerly direction and along the east right of way line of Prince Avenue 90 feet; thence run in an easterly direction and parallel with 22nd Street 140 feet to the west right of way line of a 20 foot alley; thence run in a southerly direction along the west right of way line of the aforesaid 20 foot alley 90 feet to a point located on the north right of way line of 22nd Street; thence run in a westerly direction and along the north right of way line of 22nd Street 140 feet to the east right of way line of Prince Avenue and the point and place of beginning, having a residence thereon known as 2201 Prince Avenue.
